I've been the beneficiary of amazing coaches at every level: high school, college, and most recently, as a professional with NIKE's Bowerman Track Club. As my own career winds down, my new objective is to challenge and inspire you to work towards your own goals, and to help guide and mentor every step of the way so that your own dreams can flourish. I will lean on foundational workouts that brought me success, and craft specific training regimens that will bring out your own personal greatness.


Training Plans

Start Running

Getting a foothold into a running routine can be intimidating. Whether you were the captain of your high school track team or you've never run a day in your life, this program is designed to get you moving in the right direction! This isn't a "couch to 5k" plan; this is a comprehensive method to make running a consistent part of your fitness.

Get Faster

Many runners find that they eventually hit a plateau, that their training hasn't led them to measurable improvements. This program is designed to move you off the plateau and into the foothills of your desired distance. Through specifically targeted workouts you will start to see noticeable improvements in your preferred distance mile - marathon.

Race Specific

Marathon / Half-Marathon

"The gold standard of distance running." Whether your aim is to simply finish upright, qualify for Boston, or make the Olympic Trials, this plan is for you. Designed to help athletes build aerobic capacity, understand in-race nutrition, and find that sweet spot of volume and intensity, this program is created to support you every step of the way.

mile/ 5k / 10k

This program will get you moving… fast! We will build a combination of speed and strength, target specific training zones (threshold, speed development, VO2 max), and help you gain confidence as you approach your next mile, 5k or 10k race—on the track or on the road!
